Dr. Philip Lye founded the Industrial Relations Advisory Group Pty Ltd (formerly Biz Momentum) in 2002 following an extensive corporate career. After initially working in banking and finance, Philip pursued various business opportunities that culminated in his appointment as Chief Executive Officer of two European multi-national companies in Australia reporting to Asia and Germany.

  • International and national conference speaker and seminar presenter, delivering practical and easy-to-understand information that people find humorous and easy to relate to (Phil recently presented a keynote presentation for the Arabian Society of Human Resource Management’s International Conference in Sharm el Sheikh Egypt – taped for Saudi Arabian TV)
  • Public speaker on a wide variety of topics, and in many overseas countries including Asia, New Guinea, Singapore, Philippines, the Middle East, Germany, America, Brazil and New Zealand
  • Acted as Chief Executive Officer of two European multi-national companies
