How vulnerable is your business when it comes to complying with industrial relations and HR requirements? Are you too busy running your business to meet your obligations in these areas?

Use this simple checklist as a guide to assess your HR management and employee relations risks. It should help you identify your ‘risk profile’ and ‘potential exposures’; then assist you to choose the best ways to minimise them.

Please answer the following questions honestly by drawing a circle around or shading in the column.  If you can only answer part of the question in the affirmative, then you should select ‘No’ (eg. In Q5, if you have employment contracts for your employees and not for your management team, then select ‘No’).
